The lake level gauges at Goldston's Motel pier and Turtle Cove indicate that lake levels are continuing to increase over the course of the winter, with the healthy rainfall amounts we are experiencing. The changes can be seen at the Turtle Cove outlet.

The new lake elevation gauge at Turtle Cove was set by Walker Surveying, after taking an elevation reading of the lake on January 16. The elevation on that date was 64.5 feet above sea level based on the NAVD 88 Datum (which is one foot lower than the old survey datum). The elevation on February 7, when this photo was taken was 64.8 feet above sea level (NAVD 88).

The lake level is up 6.7 inches since the start of the year
